DISTILLERY PHOTOGRAPHY

Farm To Table applies just as much in the spirits category as it does for food.  The growing number of Australian craft distilleries means that there is always something exciting to photograph when travelling around the country for work.  This is a glimpse of what goes into every bottle – the creativity, the ingenuity and the crazy.

These shoots are my favourite – speaking with distillers about why they do what they do and watching the alchemy happen before my own eyes.  Again, only the venue’s lighting is used in these photos.
